Our Leadership Training Process

Our approach to leadership development, isn’t a ‘quick fix’. 

It is a process that begins with a thorough assessment of your managers’ personalities, reasoning abilities, and relevant behavioural competencies. This objective evaluation allows a clear picture of each participant’s strengths and areas for improvement, followed by comprehensive feedback and a specified development plan.

Next, participants engage in several coaching sessions, with our expert coaches who will guide them through the agreed development areas using practical exercises and real-life scenarios to help them practice and internalise the lacking behaviours.

Throughout the program, participants receive weekly challenges, feedback, and reinforcement for up to three months after coaching ends.

This systematic process ensures that participants not only learn but consistently apply the leadership skills essential for new habit-forming to take place. 

We make provision for regular check-ins and the monitoring of actual change, ensuring the measurement of progress.
